Duhok, Kurdistan Region – October 5, 2023 – Ƶapp (Ƶapp) has been awarded a $3.75 million grant from the United States Department of State (DOS) titled “Support to American-Style Higher Education in Iraq.” The grant features scholarships for entering students.
